Complete function split of server and user interface for SDNR related code. This will affect:

• ccsdk/feature
• sdnc/oam

consequences:

• standalone SDNR has no longer a user interface
• so features sdnr-wt-odlux-core-feature and sdnr-wt-odlux-apps-feature are obsolete
• only sdnr-wt-odlux-installer will remain to inject artifacts into sdnc-web docker image

Since oom deployment is always done with sdnc and sdnc-web, there should be no problems on this site.
