Existing implementation

Currently while a adding a device to the SDNR GUI there is no option to enable/disable the netconf notification subscriptions and by default all the netconf notifications will be received by SDNR.

Requirement

Need an option to enable/disable based on customer preference as they may want only selective notification but not all. This can be achieved by disabling the notifications during connect and later enable selective notifications via create-subscription page of yang. 

Give an option to user to enable/disable the subscriptions at the time of connecting a device.
