Currently calls out from A1-PMS are either not defined, or are defined as sample versions of the producer/receiver api. 

Consider a nicer way to define this in OpenAPI

Webhooks/ballbacks are maybe sufficiient but not ideal.

Consider if an additional 'asynchronous' definition is needed for event-based callbacks (e.g. policy status)
