mountpoint-registrar bundle uses Kafka native APIs to consume messages from different kafka topics. If the Kafka topics do not exist by the time the consumer is polling the topics, the Kafka client library creates a continuous set of WARN messages till the topic is created. This results in the karaf log getting filled up quickly and also annoying for the end user viewing the karaf log as the relevant messages are lost in the WARN message burst of Kafka client.
mountpoint-registrar to look for existence of Kafka topics before polling them to avoid the WARN message burst.
