Artifact ids of some code refactored from sdnc to ccsdk still contains sdnc instead of ccsdk. For at least the top level artifacts (the ones with pom.xmls), this should be changed since (a) it would have no impact on client libraries, which never would depend on those directly and (b) it will avoid problems for developers that want to import both the ccsdk and corresponding sdnc repo in their development env (e.g. Eclipse)
