CDS UI to support a capability to add, delete, edit data dictionary resources on the flight during design time. As part of the add/edit screen the users will be able to add a list sources for a given resource. The list of source will be based on the backend source support and CDS UI will create a dynamic forum to allow the designer to populate model instance for source capability (such as MDSAL, DB, INPUT, DEFAULT and others...)
