The CCSDK parent poms currently import the "artifacts" poms from each repo.  This is convenient for users, but creates a dependency loop: parents cannot be updated to next release until the next release of the repos are built, but the next version of the repos should be built against the updated parent.

To break that loop, it is necessary to remove that import from the parent poms and instead have clients import the BOMs directly in their pom.xmls.
