When I created the control loop, I tried with two threshold definitions.  But in policy gui it showed up as one duplicated threshold.

This is described in a different ticket.

So I attempted resubmit with correct policy.  This caused problems down the line.

I got errors using the following sequence:

Open Control Loop

Configure Policy and TCA Boxes

Save Control Loop

Submit Control Loop

Resubmit Control Loop to make changes to Policy – policy was updated correctly

Deploy - worked

Tried updating TCA policy – didn’t show up in Policy GUI

Tried undeploy – did not work
