There is a bug in the Guard policy UI, when multiple sub-policies are added (restart + rebuild recipes),  in the second, third, ... tabs, the Guard policy type does not change the configurable fields anymore. MinMax type should enable min, max value when FrequencyTimer should display 3 others fields for configuring it.

Comment: this seems to affect the Target Resource ID as well
