There is no way to create a Frequency Guard policy in the operational window, because the fields are not displayed properly when we select Frequency limiter.

The guard section must be fixed, there is a guard type list that does not change anything

Fields that must be displayed for MinMax

and for Frequency limiter:

"timeUnits": "",  -> this field can contain known units (minute, hour, day, week, month, year)

"timeWindow": "",

According to what type the user chooses, the fields should not be in the Json saved into the db
