The config policy UI is not the one set in the blueprint and defined in the policy model distributed by SDC in CSAR.

 This is due to a bad decoding of the blueprint/Policy model.

 The toscaParser that converts the Policy Tosca to a Json Schema has a bug, it does not use the policy model id defined in the blueprint.
