As each blueprint must be deployed separately (before it was a unique blueprint) we need to keep track of each status at the microservice object level.

We want to keep the previous fields dcaeDeploymentStatusUrl and dcaeDeploymentId at the loop level as well, but those fields must be introduced in the microservice object as well.
