CLAMP need to use the policy scope of “DCAE” on the created policy, so the policyName in PDP will start with “DCAE.Config_”.  That will enable the policy-handler in DCAE-Controller to classify the policy update as related to DCAE and deliver that policy update to the DCAE component.
