The loop is not deleted successfully, this must be fixed.

For instance, if no policies have been submitted, it tries to execute the commands on policy and it returns 404 (as not known by PEF) , in that case the flow seems to crash and the loop is not deleted.

And the loop is not closed so it's left opened.
