The refresh button in the UI does not trigger the CDS call, it still uses the previous information located in the service object.

This must be done for legacy operational policy and policy tosca based.

The workaround is to deploy a new template from SDC

Update:

The code change required is to modify the src/main/java/org/onap/clamp/clds/tosca/update/execution/cds/ToscaMetadataCdsProcess.java so that it works for the tosca based policy, the cds call must be done there. The legacy being removed in Guillin, a bit part of the code will be removed anyway.
