If I access CLAMP GUI in Frankfurt release by https://portal.api.simpledemo.onap.org:30258/designer/index.html
the lists of templates or policy are empty.
For example for the policy list, Clamp try to get the list from https://portal.api.simpledemo.onap.org:30258/designer/restservices/clds/v2/policyToscaModels
But valid url is: https://portal.api.simpledemo.onap.org:30258/restservices/clds/v2/policyToscaModels
So to access CLAM GUI I need to use https://portal.api.simpledemo.onap.org:30258/index.html
