Modify the blueprint (v. 2) and apply it to the service.

The service (v. 2.0) has new blueprint (v. 2).

During service (v 2.0) distribution blueprint (v. 2) is used.

During loop deployment (from a template for the service v. 2.0) blueprint (v. 1) is used but should be v. 2
