      The ONAP CLI does not provide a means to trigger Multicloud Plugin registration when a new VIM is registered with ONAP using the CLI.  Instructions on current steps to do this are in this link https://onap.readthedocs.io/en/latest/submodules/multicloud/framework.git/docs/multicloud-plugin-windriver/UserGuide-MultiCloud-WindRiver-TitaniumCloud.html#tutorial-onboard-instance-of-wind-river-titanium-cloud.

      In order to achieve this via the CLI, I tried registering the cloud region and VIM using the following commands;

      #cloud-create -x CloudOwner -y ONAP-POD-01-Rail-07

      #tenant-create -x CloudOwner -y ONAP-POD-01-Rail-07 -z 709ba629fe194f8699b12f9d6ffd86a0 -r Integration-HPA

      #vim-create -e  t1 -x CloudOwner -y ONAP-POD-01-Rail-07  -j {VIM_password} -b CloudZone -n Default  -d -q titanium_cloud -l true -c openstack -o Integration-HPA   -i {VIM_username} -g [*http://10.12.11.1:5000/v3*]

      However the results were different when compared to clouds registered using the ESR GUI or REST and the features of the cloud were not discovered. Also, when creating a cloud region using the CLI, it does not provide options to put in the following parameters which are currently available when using the ESR GUI or REST;

      Cloud Type

      Cloud Region Version

      Owner Defined Type

      Cloud Zone

      Physical Location ID (complex-name)

      cloud-extra-info
