CLI fixed the security issue consisting in exposing public HTTP ports

the prot is well exposed in HTTPS trhough a node port and an internal port

unfortunately the internal port remains the 8080, which is very unusual and misleading for such ports

All the projects set their internal port to 8443, pleasxe align the CLI configuration to use the 8443 port rather than the 8080 for HHTPS
