we agreed a review is needed to possibly clean up this file, this should include (but not be limited to):

1. Remove properties that should not be duplicated here. 
   (our RTD explain how to add any property anyway: https://docs.onap.org/projects/onap-cps/en/latest/deployment.html "Any spring supported property can be configured by providing in config.additional.<spring-supported-property-name>: value Example: config.additional.spring.datasource.hikari.maximumPoolSize: 30"
2. Check (use of) logging related properties
3. Considere we should have both config.additional. … and config.override. …
