CPS-1065 Spike: CM data notifications from NCMP to applications including subscriptions - Developer Wiki - Confluence (onap.org)

1. create a YANG model to store the payload information of subscription data.
   1. subscription.clientId ( part of key ) 
   2. subscription.name ( part of key ) 
   3. subscription.isTagged (boolean)
   4. predicates (Format unclear, Open Issue for CPS-1392 already)
2.  deploy that model using NCMP.
3.  demo using cps-core

Open Questions

1.  ** How we will use the anchor ? A new dataspace ? Need to investigate here.

1. 1. PoC if needed
2.  How do we load the data ( not using cps-core / not using liquibase ) - also resolve technical debt.
3. Predicate details unclear at the moment.
