When a
descendant query execute for anything that returns a a large number of nodes WITH INCLUDE_DESCENDANTS option an additionial slow query is executed for each node in the result set!

This can be optimized by checking if there re any conditions on the attributes and if note use a native query in a  similar way as it currently retrieves all descendants for a get operation!
