      Using the new (NCMP java based) framework NCMP models need to be update to include the changes for subscription status persistence

        1. Predicates
          1. datastore
          2. Target CMHandles for subscription
        2. Responded CMHandles
          1. Do we need status (Applied, Rejected) - List<Statusobject> key(cmhandleid , status (enum in java code ) 
      2. Apply model to subscription.yang
      3. Who will handle persisting targets to model? Part of 1394? Similar to be opened.
