It would be nice to have a script to subtract Prometheus metrics reports.

For example, when running de-registration tests, it would be very useful to be able to subtract the metrics report after registering CM handles from the metrics report after de-registration handles, so that we can see only the metrics for operations that occurred during de-registration.
