Enhance the cps-ran-schema-model

      We currently have cps-ran-schema-model@2021-05-19.yang.

      We have to enhance the schema to contain fields from the DMI Data AVC which are not currently present in the current schema.

      NRCellRelation and isHOallowed attribute.

      Which other fields need to be added 

      Should the data which needs to be loaded be included as part of this implementation?
