Update CPS dependencies as Required for Honolulu release

    Description

      1. The Nexus IQ report (when build is fixed) generated here https://jenkins.onap.org/view/CLM/job/cps-maven-clm-master/ will highlighted any issues with our dependencies.
        zwarico will do an analysis for use when the job is fixed. This user story is to follow up and update any dependency where needed.
      2. Regarding YangTools, ODL produce a special 'secure' version of their deliveries as describe in the mail in the comments below. 
        CPS should be update to this 'secure' version of YangTools if possible -> 5..07 (see comments below)

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. CPS-166 NexusIQ job is failing as it cannot run test in cps-ri module

          • Medium - Failure of non-critical aspects of the system but results in an inconvenient situation. It causes some undesirable behavior, but the system is still functional. There is a reasonably satisfactory workaround. It is still a valid defect that should be corrected May be fixed after the release or in the next release.
