Update the following endpoints:

GET /v1/ch/{cm-handle} ---> Retrieve Cm Handle details

GET /v1/ch/{cm-handle}/state ---> Get CM handle state

POST /v1/ch/searches ---> Execute cm handle search using the available conditions

Example Return Body (RestOutputCmHandle) should be updated:
