Description

Spring-boot reference health endpoint is /actuator/health

In the dmi plugin  /manage/health endpoint is used

Same  /manage/health endpoint is used for dmi plugin aliveness check in cps-ncmp

Security.permit-uri should be changed

Please change these to  /actuator/health

Beside this URL changes, the management port also has been changed to align with CPS/NCMP changes.

Expected behavior:

Dmi plugin health endpoint is available under /actuator/health

cps-ncmp calls /actuator/health during dmi plugin aliveness check

Read the docs should be updated accordingly.

Coordinating with Ericsson

After NCMP will be changed, the Ericsson team should be informed.

Confirm what ports Ericsson uses, or are they overriding ports. Agree we are using the same url.

Document no DMI plug-in should override the Actuator URL (basepart and management serverport)

Out of Scope

The actuator endpoint used by NCMP should be handled in a separate bug.
