NCMP to DMI

Assumptions:

• Structure holding all 'PENDING' subscription is available
• Storage for all active subscriptions is available (Database)

1. Create Events based on delta info (schema model NCMP to DMI)
   • Event for 'PENDING' subscriptions
   • One event per DMI plugin
   • Reuse existing topics as possible
   • Use schema #2 'NCMP to DMI-Plugin Subscription Request' (https://wiki.onap.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=190218335)
2. Send Request to DMI
   • Requests sent to DMI must be tracked
     • subscriptionID used for tracking
     • configurable time is handled
       • this exists and shall be read from application.yaml
         • subscription-forwarding:
           dmi-response-timeout-ms: 30000
