      Description
I`m testing the latest version of CPS master.
During the cmhandle discovery when the ncmp got the modules from the model adapter, than module Sync is failing with the following error:

Processing of A9EAF50F4C45C5B064D8B0092BE92836 module sync failed due to reason java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.onap.cps.spi.model.ModuleReference.

None of the cmhandles can go to ready state.
During manual testing I identified that the following commit is causing this behavior:
      https://gerrit.onap.org/r/gitweb?p=cps.git;a=commit;h=4266fbbaad4ab3741accf1b3911278835ca19795

      Expected behavior:
      Module sync without exception
Moving cmhandles to ready as before
