A/C:

1. lcm events should be cloud event based 
2. Contact the existing users agree how we go about it
3. Agree lcm cloud event schema with team and stakeholders (including alternate id)
4. When an LCM event notification is published the alternateId field should always be present
   • if null blank field
5. Demo it
