The  (CPS_HOST):(CPS_PORT)/ncmp/v1/ch/(cmHadnle) endpoint should return the dataProducerIdentifier, moduleSetTag, and alternateId in the response

Current behaviour:

Verify if always present 

A/C:

1. When the endpoint is called the dataProducerIdentifier, moduleSetTag, and alternateId should be present in the response
2. Verify if always present . NULL should not be present should be "" if present
3. Demo
