Make this jenkins job run on the dedicated physical server:

https://jenkins.nordix.org/job/onap-cps-master-performance-test-java

The job runs the performance tests for CPS.

To do this, a change is needed in the JJB (Jenkins Job Builder) for cps-performance-test job

In the Nordix infra/cicd repo (https://gerrit.nordix.org/q/project:infra/cicd), in yaml file: jjb/onap/cps/cps-performance-test-jobs.yaml

The change is to set the job label to xerces-cps-hw
