The purpose of this story is the set up the test infrastructure in integration-test module so that Kafka can be used in these tests

• a test using kafka, preferably using db
• shared Kafka container in the Cps Integration Test Base class
• Test should kafka consumer

A/C:

• Modify test 'CM Handle registration is successful.' in NcmpCmHandleCreateSpec.groovy so that we verify that LCM event notification is sent when CM handle goes to READY state.
