        1. adding/updating/removing cm handles (registration)
        2. cm handle related get and (metadata) query method
        3. moduleset tag is just a property of cm handles
        4. trustlevel(monitor) is (sub)feature

      1. events used by this feature (all events are now defined in separate module)
