      Presently, k6 tests report average response time for POST requests for deleting CM-handles.

      This task is to instead report the throughput, in CM-handles per second, so that it aligns with the characteristic requirements (see test case 2 in https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/CPS-391Spike%3A+Define+and+Agree+NCMP+REST+Interface#CPS391Spike:DefineandAgreeNCMPRESTInterface-Characteristics-WIP)
