Use ONAP recommended base Java Docker image

    Description

      Change the cps docker image(s) so that they use the onap-integration official base image with JDK11 (based on openJdk-Alpine).

      Latest image is :

      onap/integration-java11:8.0.0

      This would also reduce the image size by 68Mb.

       

      AC:

      • Upgrade to above image and ensure no functionality is affected.
      • Drop back to Honolulu, cherry pick this fix
