Identify and create user stories in scope of rel-I for NCMP. Also create user stories for test infrastructure.

1. create rest interface on northbound for GET/POST/PUT/DELETE to access yang data.

4.  At first sync create mapping for cm-handler and dmi instance.
5.  Create all interfaces for needed for DMI

1. create dmi instance for onap. For production its responsibility of admin to provide instance of dmi. This story is mainly for testing purpose.
2. create topic subscription for change events towards aai and other components. Also create filters for yang models or given model type for choose dmi instance. This task mainly comes under 3rd.
3. call get/post/put/delete towards restconf interface
4. enhance ncmp-cps interface
