    Description

      As per the spike on the E2E use case, cps needs to be able to update the root data node https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/CPS-278+Spike+Analyse+E2E+API+PUT+methods

          • Medium - Failure of non-critical aspects of the system but results in an inconvenient situation. It causes some undesirable behavior, but the system is still functional.
