Implement cps temporal listener:

• Identifying the Kafka properties which require a different default value (including security properties)
• Define and agree kafka group, topic. (check with other ONAP applications for conventions)

AC:

• CPS temporal is listening to Data Updated Event on Kafka topic
• Data updated event are persisted
• CPS Kafka client is authenticated
• Unit tests (automatic)
• Demo locally (manual)

Out of scope:

• Automatic integration tests
