Check for all rights reserved:  "Copyright (C) 2020 Nordix Foundation. All rights reserved."

Check for:

1. Remove all rights resevred after "Copyright (C) 2020 Nordix Foundation. All rights reserved."
2. Extra spacing around apache.org link "http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0" above and below
3. insert  * SPDX-License-Identifier: Apache-2.0 preceded by empty line
