CPS-483 just forward json from node

see an example of schema in https://gerrit.onap.org/r/c/cps/ncmp-dmi-plugin/+/122700/11..12/docs/openapi/openapi.yml#69 (we may not need all the params in this example)

This user story is to put a 'Schema' on the response so that NCMP can process the module information can compare it with what is sored in CPS(core) already.

Extract ModuleName (called identifier in RESTConf response) & Revision (called version in RESTConf response)

Agree and update yaml to describe new schema (also update CPS-390 Wiki Page for REST interface)
