Json for Yang Resources does not contain name and revision tags

The DMI plugin just forwards the response from SDN-C for the yang resources.

This output needs to follow agreed format so it becomes independent of the underlying mediation layer (SDN-C in ONAP's case)  ie. (module) name and revision tags are missing

OpenApi should clearly define the schema for this structure (not just a String)
