See https://gerrit.onap.org/r/c/cps/+/123682 we had to introduce a 'new' ObjectMapper to resolve issue with datatypes. The question now is if we should udpate teh same ObjectMapper everyweher in on project over even accross all CPS projects.

brusak mentioned another object mapper was chosen in CPS Temporal for performance reasons

Also renukumari mentioned Object Mapper instances are expensive and should be shared across different class if possible but then again it should not become a bottleneck

This spike is to investigate both issues and recommend (agree) a way forward with team
