cmHandleProperties should be supported by dmi openapi, irespective of onap-dmi-plugin dont need them . So that other dmi plugin impls can use that.

so below requestbody should be supported for

DMIROOT/v1/ch/{cmHandle}/modules
 

Also make sure that ncmp fetch cmHandleProperties from cps core and send above request body while calling above rest end point to dmi.
