As a part of this Jira, the user would like to add the CPS health check Integration test to CI. CPS has 3 different components as listed below: 

• cps-core: https://github.com/onap/cps/tree/master/csit
• cps-temporal (CSIT WIP): onap/cps-cps-temporal: Mirror of the cps/cps-temporal repo (github.com)
• ncmp-dmi-plugin(CSIT WIP): onap/cps-ncmp-dmi-plugin: Mirror of the cps/ncmp-dmi-plugin repo (github.com)

Acceptance Criteria:

• Health check Integration test for cps-core, cps-temporal and ncmp-dmi-plugin are added to CI
