Registering a cm-handle within the request body such as:

{ "cmHandles": [ "cmHandle123" ] } returns the following error "500 Server Error: [\{\"timestamp\":\"2021-12-03T17:27:18.702+00:00\",\"status\":500,\"error\":\"Internal Server Error\",\"path\":\"/ncmpInventory/v1/ch\"}

]"

But, the cm-handle still gets successfully registered within the fragment table
