The BBS Use case support for nomadic ONTs requires an enhancement in the PRH microservice that detects if a PNF has previously registered.
In such a case, a notification needs to be published in a respective DMaaP topic (unauthenticated.PNF_UPDATE), so a Policy module or an alternative one is able to handle re-registering PNFs.

In the Dublin release, the Re-Registration events:

• Will be based on existing PNF_READY event, which contains an correlationID parameter
• Will be published in the unauthenticated.PNF_UPDATE DMaaP topic
• Will contain a copy of the pnfRegistration.additionalFields.
