DataLake Admin UI

      As a system admin, I would like to use a GUI to manage DL Feeder. I should be able to

      1.  Start and stop the feeding.

      2. Configure how to process each individual topic, such as enable, login/pass if authentication required, which DBs to send the data to, TTL, any pre-process.
