Right now, The code in Config, AppConfig, DataFileAppConfig is over engineering. It needs refactor to make it simple and understandable. 

The function to get DmaapConsumerConfiguration, ftpscONFIG, and dmaapPublisherConfiguration are duplicated. 

One function is through @Value injecting

Another Function is through initFileStreamReader().

Remove the duplicated function, move the over engineering code. Make the code simple and understandable.
